When Beauty & Salon refunds a booking, how much, and how long it takes.
Last updated: 4 August 2026
This policy explains when you get your money back, and how quickly.
Every treatment displays a cancellation policy before you book — flexible, moderate or strict. That policy governs your booking. You can see it on the treatment page and on your confirmation.
Cancel from your account, under Bookings. You will see immediately what refund applies before you confirm the cancellation.
Where an treatment takes a deposit, the deposit follows the same cancellation policy as the rest of the booking unless the treatment says otherwise.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically clear in 5–10 working days depending on your bank; we release them within 2 working days of approving the refund.
If you think a refund was handled wrongly, email hello@beautysalon.com with your booking reference. We will look at it and reply within 5 working days.
